Customer Responsibility-- When your parts arrive always check them in the presence of the delivery driver.
If the item is damaged, note it on the freight bill before the driver leaves.
This will document the damage for any claim that you file with the carrier.
If your freight is damaged, notify the carrier to insure replacement of the damaged goods.
After contacting the carrier, notify Grace Motorsports.com for instructions on returning the damaged item/s.
If the freight is damaged so severely that it is unusable, you must refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
Grace Motorsports.com is not responsible for damage to parts if no notification is given within two weeks of receipt.
Returns- Returns are gladly accepted.
After all, we want you to be satisfied. All items have a 30 day return policy.
If you are returning an item for reasons other than it being damaged,
we will reimburse you the cost of the item minus a 20% restocking fee.
You will be reimbursed when we receive the item undamaged and in resalable condition.
The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If we receive the item and it is damaged or deemed non-resalable, the item will be
refused and the shipping company will return the item to you. You will then have to file a
claim with the shipping company for damages. Please do not return items before contacting us for return authorization.
Disclamer-- Grace Motorsports.com will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays,
failures, abuse, improper installation, or normal wear, nor is Grace Motorsports.com responsible for labor charges,
inconvenience, transportation, or other charges involved in the replacement of a defective part.
We shall not be liable for personal or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of any of our products.
We are not responsible for typographical or printing errors. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
UPS/FedEx-- Items that are shipped UPS/FedEx require shipping costs to be paid at the time the order is placed.
